SHINY VIBES OF MALTA ( Rasmani meets Massimo Faraò Trio )

Shiny Vibes of Malta is my first album and represents the culmination of an artistic journey born out of a passion for jazz and singing.

An almost chance encounter with Massimo Faraò during the bright Maltese nights gave Rasmani the opportunity to put to good use the experience he had gained by frequenting international jazz circles.

Recorded at Lito's Place Recording Studio, Shiny Vibes of Malta is a collection of standards in which Rasmani expresses himself with soul jazz interpretations in the company of Massimo Faraò, Nicola Barbon, Byron Landham, Claudia Zannoni, Renato D'Aiello, Flavio Davanzo, Alessandro Buzzi and Rodney Bradley.

In this encounter with Massimo Faraò, I wanted to draw on his style and experience to find my own balanced dimension as a performer. But I also took the opportunity to move away from the canonical atmospheres of the jazz trio and lay the foundations for a personal quest that could make my interpretations more exciting for the audience.
